Can I import emails from any email provider?
Yes, our service supports email import from a wide range of providers including Gmail, Outlook, and more. We support all IMAP providers.
Is my data secure during the import process?
Absolutely. We implement stringent security measures to ensure your data is protected at all times. We don't keep records of your data stored on disk. If for security policy reason you need an NDA agreement we offer that with our enterprise plan.
How long does the import process take?
The duration varies based on the volume of emails and the complexity of your data. Usually from 2 days to 1/2 weeks.
Do you offer support after the import is completed?
Yes, especially for the enterprise plan, we offer ongoing support to ensure everything is working smoothly post-import.
What if I'm not satisfied with the result?
No worries! If you're not happy with the outcome, we offer a full refund within 7 days of delivery. We'll quickly remove all imported content from HubSpot and process your refund within 1-2 weeks.
What should I consider before importing contacts?
Attachment Size: HubSpot limits attachment sizes based on your plan, with a maximum of 20 MB per attachment. Note that email embedded images will also be included as attachments.
Email Filtering: If you need to filter the emails we import based on custom conditions (e.g., "all emails sent to a specific domain"), please consider opting for the Business or Enterprise Plan for more advanced features.
To which contacts/companies will the email activity be linked?
Each email will be linked to all CC, BCC, and TO contacts, as well as their respective companies based on email domains if needed. Additionally, any missing contacts or companies will be automatically created. For more information or to customize this behavior (if you don't want to create a new contact/company within the CRM), please consider the Enterprise Plan.
Why doesn't HubSpot offer this kind of service?
We’re not entirely sure, but it's likely because this feature involves complex scenarios. HubSpot may prefer to stay on the safe side to ensure reliability and avoid potential issues where they can't offer support to.
